Perimeter Medical Imaging Presents at SPIE Photonics West 2016
Perimeter Medical Imaging, Inc., a developer of real time imaging systems for in-surgery tissue assessment, today presented an invited technical talk on the "Development and clinical translation of OTIS: a wide-field OCT imaging device for ex-vivo tissue characterization". Perimeter is honoured to have been invited to present as part of a special mini-symposium on Optical Rapid Ex-Vivo Tissue Assessment. The presentation, which outlined the development and validation work done to date on Perimeter's automated optical coherence tomography tissue imaging solution, was given by Ms. Elizabeth Munro, Perimeter's Engineering Operations Lead and long-time SPIE member. Ms. Munro also acted as a Session Chair for other Optical Rapid Ex-Vivo Tissue Assessment presentations.
